Intro paragraph

The thing that I dislike the most about Queens College is the unnecessary precautions taken in the dorms, that differ from home. At Queens College, there are many rules and restrictions that people must abide by. In order to have a guest in your room, you have to sign that person in by giving the security guard your i.d. You can not have any parties in the dorms because there are R.A's on the floor. Also you must have your i.d. present with you in order to be allowed into the dorms, even though the security guards know you by face because you have been living there for a month. At home, you do not have to go through these unnecessary measures, and dorm life truly differs from home life.
My friends and I always argue about which is a better sport, football or baseball. Some of my friends feel that baseball is the better sport because it is America's pastime, and it lasts from April until October. However, some of my friends feel that baseball is boring to watch on television, and there is not much action while playing. People feel that while playing football, there is constant action, and a person is involved on every play. However, others feel that football does not have the anticipation that baseball has, and is less appealing than baseball. Everyone has their own opinion on this matter, yet the argument still remains.
The internet would be better if there were no pop ups. Constantly when a person is on a website, annoying pop ups redirect their attention, and annoy them. People should be able to explore the internet without any interruptions Pop ups are unwanted by everyone, and should be done away with. The internet is a great thing, and Pop ups are one negative aspect about it. There are many positives about the internet, yet pop ups are bringing it down.
